Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (1-7 yrs)
We have an opportunity for BD Manager for a well known real estate company based out of Bangalore.
Strategy Formulation :
- Strategy Formulation: Scan the external environment, competition for developments in real estate industry
- Identify strategic imperatives for sustained growth and improving company's performance/business/profitability
- Brainstorm with internal teams to identify mid-term and long-term goals
Business Development :
- Collaborate with CEOs, Sales & Marketing Heads of Real Estate builders etc. to create lead pipeline
- Understand sales, marketing & CRM requirements and align solutions and offerings with builder's needs
- Review RFPs for financial estimations, terms and conditions and adherence to company's guidelines
- Engage with builder's during complex negotiations on terms and conditions
- Guide the Marketing, CRM teams in determining positioning of the properties
Key Account management :
- Respond to escalations from builders and guide team to coordinate with internal teams to address grievances
- Build and sustain relationships with senior management of builders;
Management reporting :
- Prepare reports and MIS to circulate them with team leader/ Manager;
Ideal Profile :
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Business Development is a must.
- Ability to influence top management, external and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in IPC, top real estate marketing firms
