Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be ready for a field job and actively generate the leads of communities/apartments.
- Acquiring new gated communities in the assigned geography.
- Promoting Application and selective offers to customers timely.
- Generating sales from new customers and sales growth from existing customers by upselling.
- Closely monitoring the competitors movement in assigned geography
- Preparing MIS and Reporting.
Expertise and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field
- Good communication skills (English/Marathi)
- Good presentation skill
- Must be fluent in English Speaking
- Basic knowledge of computers
Key Skills:
Sales, Promotions, Acquisition Sales, Generating Leads
Prerequisite:
Must have his own 2 Wheeler/Vehicle
Must have knowledge of Regional language (English/Marathi)
Salary : Upto 5 LPA including Allowance
NOTE : Must have his own 2 Wheeler/Vehicle
