Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
We are currently looking for Real Estate Business development Manager for Delhi Location, it is a office based job.
Responsibilities
- The initial KRA of the account manager would be to collect data for real estate projects for Tier 1 cities of India
- He will be responsible for calling developers and do field surveys for the required data
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Nurture long term relationship with developers and maintain a contact database of developers
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Experience
- Previous business development/ key account management experience
- Existing relationship with developers is preferred
- Data collection experience through field surveys and calling is preferred
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Good English communication skills
