- You have 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Direct Sales across the Delhi/NCR region.
- An outgoing personality with persuasive communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office, any CRM tool, and social media apps like Instagram, FB & LinkedIn.
What you'll do :
- Crushing numbers - Real Estate Sales for both Residential & Commercial assets in the region.
- Create New Clients while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. Basically, a business Hunting & Farming role.
- Mining client database and making daily connections with pipeline & new leads.
- Conducting online presentations for prospective clients
- Planning and organizing client site visits for the shortlisted real estate projects.
- Help the client in finalizing an investment opportunity and help them with the final negotiations, application & asset booking process.
- Ensure, all paperwork is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle (CLC)
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred - self-owned vehicle
