We are hiring for a largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages and one of the fastest growing Prop-Tech platform.
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimizing costs.
- Call to arrange Meetings with potential Customers to generate New Business.
- Evaluate Customer Skills, Needs and Build productive long lasting Relationship.
- Negotiate the term of an Agreement and Close Deals.
- All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
- Establishing strong best practice's and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
- Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- You have at least 0-1+ year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Sales (B2C) or Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience within Area Sales, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, Retail Real Estate and Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
- An Emphatic Communication with Pleasant Personality.
- Self-Driven, Self-Groomed, Result-Oriented Professional with a Positive Outlook.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience
- Comprehensive towards facts and figures.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
