Job Description:
Be involved with US clients in Property Acquisition, Property Leasing and Property Sale. Most of the time work with already established US clients with minimal clod calling. The successful employee will build good relationships with existing US clients and get their help in buying, leasing and selling properties in the US.
THIS IS A CAPTIVE CALL CENTER PROCESS AND NO COLD CALLING SALES IS INVOLVED.
- Build a network of Real Estate Brokers & develop relationships
- Talk to Loan Brokers to finance the properties
- Handle Office Space inquiries through brokers
- Client Servicing & Account Management Activities
Desired Profile:
- Good communication Skill
- Desire to grow and handle team.
