Job Responsibilities :
New Customer Acquisition :
- Identify and target potential clients within the personal care, cosmetics, Nutraceutical and pharmaceutical domains.
- Offer specialty ingredients sourced from reputable European suppliers.
Client Relationship Management :
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers, nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Provide innovative solutions through concept selling of our products.
Technical Support :
- Conduct trials at customer sites, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure successful product integration.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and deliver sales plans, achieving goals and objectives within your assigned territory.
- Adapt to market changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Market Analysis :
- Proactively analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Desired Skills Sets :
- Industry Exposure : Familiarity with personal care, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Technical Acumen : Understanding of specialty ingredients and their applications.

Qualification :
Educational Qualification : Preferably B.Sc./B. Tech
Professional/Technical Qualification : Should have worked in a trading or Raw Material manufacturing organisation for Sales and Marketing of Raw materials or ingredients to Pharmaceutical industries/Nutraceutical
