Manager - Business Development - Rating (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Market Penetration : Aggressively market the company's rating products to corporate clients, banks, and financial institutions at senior levels (CFOs, promoters, or owners).
- Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and acquire new clients while nurturing and maintaining existing relationships.
- Sales Team Management : Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in assigned regions, ensuring they meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Revenue Growth : Drive targeted growth in revenue and market share through effective sales strategies and execution.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Product Development : Contribute to the development of new rating products by understanding market needs and providing valuable insights.
- Brand Enhancement : Strengthen the company's brand reputation among intermediaries, investors, and other market participants through strategic interactions and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Education : Two years full-time MBA (Marketing)
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the ratings or financial services industry.
