Job Description :
As the Business Development, PR, and Communications Manager at Alkemy Edtech, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our brand. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, managing public relations efforts, and crafting effective communication strategies to promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
Public Relations :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and press releases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Communication Strategy :
- Develop comprehensive communication plans to support product launches, events, and other key initiatives.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and market trends to inform communication strategies.
Brand Management :
- Ensure consistency and coherence in messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor brand reputation and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding materials and collateral.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business objectives and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, PR, or communications, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-oriented mindset.
