Business Development Manager -protective Coating
Hiring support for European MNC leaders in MARINE COATINGS / Industrial Coating
Position : Account Manager - Business Development
Its a individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities :
- Support business strategy to achieve sales targets and pro-actively expand current/new market (and customers).
- Putting organisation in all key specifications related to O&G, power, infrastructure
- Effective use of CRM in building a sales pipeline with new opportunities
- Liaison with global team / group marketing / BTE in order to give customers value and build trust
Product launch:
- Meeting with Consultant, understand the specifications and suggest the equivalent products and take the approval
- Selecting the corporate accounts, understand the specifications of projects and maintenance, recommend the products as per end use and specifications and after discussion with end user freeze the specifications.
- Selecting the OEM accounts, understanding the specifications and end requirements. Suggest the existing product or Develop new product in consultation with R&D, do the trial and make new specifications
- B. Tech Paints / Polymers / Engineer - Mechanical, Chemical / MBA or any engineering field.
- Min 5- 10 years experience in similar field
- Practical knowledge of CRM or other ERP
- B2B sales
- Good communication
- Good interpersonal skills internal and external stakeholders Internal: Sales, TS, and external : Consultants, Contractors, Architects

- Experience in Business development, Support business strategy to achieve sales targets, expand current/new market (and customers) to Oil & Gas, power, infrastructure industry.
