Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Constant research on the catchment and identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with client.
- Meet property owners and sell client's Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners - Liaise with the key stake holders from lead generation till property going live
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team
People Responsibilities
- Key Performance Indicators
- Number of Sellable Rooms Signed month on month
- Number of Sellable Rooms made live month on month
- Gross margin derived from the properties signed
- Factors Influencing Hiring Decision
Experience : Minimum 3 to 7 Years of Experience
- Acquiring Hotels would be an added advantage
