Business Development Manager job opening for Noida (Delhi/NCR), India with a fast-growing software and mobile applications development company having offices in India & USA.
We are looking for of an experienced, ambitious and energetic Business Development Professional who can expand our clientele by developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we're looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Generating business through an online freelancing portal like up work, elance, freelancer, etc.
- Should be able to work with flexible timings.
- Candidate should know to write proposals for projects
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
- Should be comfortable in client interaction
- Should have prior experience in Software Development Company(Mobile & Web).
- Knowledge of Proto.io, Balasamiq- Has sound knowledge of RFP, RFI.
- Experience in handling Web Development and mobile app development clients
- Collaborate with Marketing teams for Lead generation and Lead conversation
- Define project requirements, scope, and objectives to clients.
- Report to management as needed.
- Achieving profit targets in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Technical Knowledge will be a value add.
Qualification :
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the outsourcing industry with exposure to international markets (US, UK, Canada, UAE etc)
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Technology or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and social media skills for lead generation
- Ability to develop executive level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with the customer.
- Superior writing, presentation, and overall communication skills, ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey the business need and client benefit.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and number driven.
