The Job You will be responsible for :
- Solid outsourced Contact Center or BPO management experience with inbound, outbound, chat and email
- Identifying potential areas for growth for New and current clients
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through phone prospecting, marketing and industry relationships
- Pro-actively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities
- Overseeing CLM sales cycle tracking tools to ensure that they are current
- Managing directory, CXO's listings and sponsorship opportunities
- Increase pipeline generation
- Ownership of deals and systems tools
- Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
Ideal Candidate Skills :
- You have at least 10 years experience within a Business Development (B2B) role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
