The Job
Key Account Management
- Assessing credit worthiness of account
- Assessing installation and delivery viability
- Account penetration through product demonstrations
Channel Management
- Identification, selection of partners in allocated territory as per Canons specifications and business plan
- Responsible for channel health- productivity, attrition, growth, compliance
Customer Relationship Management
- Assessing the customers expectations and their work & documentation flows
- Retaining Canon's existing customer and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain good relations with stakeholders in commercial market
Market Development
- Analyze latest market trends and remain updated about competition products.
- Plan marketing programs at regional level for partners like- road shows, channel meets, exhibitions, & campaigns
- Executing the marketing programs as per plan and budget
Cross Functional Interaction
- Closely work with the Service Division, Legal and Finance Division & Logistics for timely closure and delivery of orders
Reporting
- Reporting of Monthly plans and targets achieved
- Preparing sales plan for purpose of planning and actual business results
Your Profile
Preferred candidate profile :
- Ideal candidate will have minimum 5-8 years experience in selling or service Professional Printing Products. Preferred candidate with experience in selling Professional Printing Products in jobbers segment/commercial market..
- We are looking for a person who can speak Tamil and has knowledge of Chennai and Puducherry market, must have worked production printing industry only.
- Also, this role requires a person who will be willing to travel as it is a field job
Must Have Skills :
- Good communication and articulation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power point
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Exposure of selling high value printing equipment
- Good understanding of color management
