Qualification : B.Tech and MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Experience : 8-12 Years
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of power trading, power sale/ purchase, open access, power exchanges, RECs, Escerts, regulatory & statutory provisions etc.
- Development of Business growth strategy, which includes new opportunities
- Tracking power market related developments. Work on development of new products and avenues of growth (conduct feasibility study, regulatory enablers, business case, concept notes and implementation plan)
- Regularly produce concept notes, articles, presentations on current power exchange trends and new business initiatives undertaken by the company.
- Research regulatory and other sector related developments on all India basis to enhance exchange share
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on topics relevant to the business and present key finding for the management
- Liaison with key stakeholders for business initiatives
- Support delivery of presentations to top management for high level meetings (Strategy, Advisory, Investor etc)
- Keep abreast of best practices and upcoming trends in the global power market
- Analytical mindset and Excellent MS office skills required
- Mentor new team members to improve understanding of the power markets and the sector.
