Manager - Business Development - Pharmaceutical/Surgical (1-4 yrs)
Qualification : Any Degree (B Pharma & M Pharma Preferable)
Experience : Minimum 1-4 Years in the Pharmaceutical/Surgical Industry. (Having working experience with Gyno/Gen Surg/Ortho Doctors). Known to Hospital and Nursing home working culture (OT, Purchase, Pharmacy)
Description :
- Accountable for achieving sales goals with through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.
- Making presentation to the clients to make them interested about the surgical product
- To maintain regular & frequents contacts with Channel Partners
- Product promotion activities
- Negotiates, closes orders and prepares quotes.
- Provides information and support as required to secure sales
- Utilizes support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives.
- Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products.
- Field officers in any industry must process excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
- They must have an understanding of the type of information they are seeking, as well as a professional, courteous and analytical penchant.
- Commendable program and capacity development abilities.
- Strong verbal, written, and statistical skills.
- Exceptional supervision and relationship-building abilities.
