Manager - Business Development - Pharma (8-15 yrs)
1) To Look after Business Development of Pharmaceutical excipients export
- Business in US/EU/SEA/Bangladesh region.
- Designate strategies and business models for different countries & Channel Partners.
2) Negotiate Commercial business Terms & Implementation
3) Explore markets with different business Strategies
4) Find out the right business partner (Globally) for the right products & registration process
5) Find out manufacturing sources for different pharma segments on contract
6) Manufacturing Agreement, negotiate with the manufacturer to finalize business deal.
7) Looking after existing export businesses.
8) Maintain a P&L directly while proposing and executing strategies to launch business in new countries.
9) Manage a team of sales & marketing employees and help them grow the business.
10) Set various objectives for the countries and responsible managers
- Performance based on sales strategies and outlined objectives.
- Salary as per the company standards.
