Manager - Business Development - Pharma (5-8 yrs)

Qualification/Essential Credentials : Any Science Graduate/B Pharma/M Pharma and MBA
- Candidate should be from North India and He/She will work Remote.
- He will cater to the North India Customers
Summary of functions : Responsible for Business Development & Sales.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
1. Generating new business from these new and existing clients. Technical discussion for new product development with the R&D and commercial discussion with Purchase Department.
2. Converting these new businesses into key accounts.
3. Assist in managing these key accounts by servicing them to satisfaction.
4. Developing new business initiatives with the customer to increase the market share.
5. Understanding customers' requirements and articulate it into meaningful deliverable.
6. Obtaining customer feedback and drive increases in customer satisfaction and engagement.
7. To promote and position Ideal Cures and its products
8. Efficiently handing customer objections
9. Keep up to date on the competition and increase the conversion ratio.
10. To be Industry specialist by developing product knowledge and product application.
11. To efficiently and professionally handle any customer objections.
12. To build the trust and acquire customer's commitment.
13. To follow-up exceeding expectations.
14. Monthly MIS to management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Excellent networking with the R&D and Purchase of Pharma companies.
- Self-starter with a focus on getting things done with the resources available
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- 5 - 8 years experience in B2B sales, BD & sales leadership role.
- Preferred experience in the pharma excipients - Coating readymix
- Computer proficiency is a must - Excel / PPT and CRM software
