Position Description :
- BDM will work to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- This role requires someone who doesn't only stick to their responsibilities but comes up with innovative ideas, and solutions.
Position Responsibilities :
Working closely to support programs and initiatives at Labgenius with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential Clients.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions.
Competencies required:
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Functional Business strategy & planning, Analytics, Partner relationship management, Cross-team liaison, Operational management
