Manager - Business Development - Pharma (5-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Business Development & Sales.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Generating new business from these new and existing clients.
- Technical discussion for new product development with the R&D and commercial discussion with Purchase Department and Converting these new businesses into key accounts.
- Developing new business initiatives with the customer to increase the market share.
- Understanding customers' requirements and articulate it into meaningful deliverable.
- Obtaining customer feedback and drive increases in customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Keep up to date on the competition and increase the conversion ratio.
- Monthly MIS to management.
Requirements and Skills :
- Any Science Graduate/B Pharma/M Pharma and MBA Candidate should be from Hyderabad.
- Excellent networking with the R&D and Purchase of Pharma companies.
- Self-starter with a focus on getting things done with the resources available
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- 8 -10 years experience in B2B sales, BD & sales leadership role.
- Preferred experience in the pharma excipients - Coating ready-mix
- Computer proficiency is a must - Excel / PPT and CRM software
