Job Description :
1. Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of Pharmaceutical products.
2. Responsible for the Marketing of APIs and Excipients.
3. Responsible for the business development with existing and potential clients.
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills, Strong analytical & quantitative skills.
5. Identify client business needs.
6. Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepare the annual Work Plan.
7. Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline and sales activity.
8. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
9. Researches client base to find new types of Clients and sells to them accordingly.
10. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
11. Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
12. Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
13. Makes product appeal to the target market.
