Manager - Business Development - Payroll Services (4-10 yrs)
Role:
Sales Manager shall own and oversee activities of the new client acquisition. Should be able to build and maintain relationships with decision makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions. Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new clients by means of new service offerings. Become a trusted service partner by meeting the client needs and exceeding client expectations. This role requires you to visit the TeamLease office once a day, and have at least 2 physical meetings in a day with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue goals for payroll software sales.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including small and large businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of the company's payroll software to potential clients.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the payroll software industry and related technology trends.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current with trends and to network with potential clients.
Education & Experience
- MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
- Experience:
- Min. 4- years of exp. in Corporate Sales in HR Service Industry
- Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.
- High on learn-ability.
