- Our client is a leading Paint manufacturing company in Ghana with focus on exports to West Africa and having excellence in manufacturing of Polyurethane Paints, Polyurethane Clears, Hardeners, thinners, adhesives and ancillary products. They were founded in the year 2002 and the main focus is on high technology products and services.
Position Title : Business Development Manager
Qualifications : Any graduate (MBA Preferred)
Experience : 8 +Years
Job Location : Mauritius
Job Description :
- Should have basic knowledge of raw materials for Paints, construction chemicals, water treatment chemicals, paper chemicals & allied Industries.
- To generate a new customer for an existing product.
- Candidate shall be responsible to develop new business for the given principals and managing the existing accounts.
- To introduce a new product in the existing product portfolio
- Should develop a rapport with the painters associated with the dealer counter and motivate them to canvass secondary and project sales for the products.
- Provide after sales support to the end customer, based on a query from the dealer.
- Responsible for maintaining the existing business in the specific segment.
- To increase the overall profitability of the company.
Skills :
- Should be Self Motivated, good in verbal & written communication.
- Proactive & able to work in Team
- Should understand customer relationship management
