- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound IT Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Outbound IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and presenting our solutions to meet those needs. Your role will play a crucial part in our growth strategy, and your success will directly impact the company's expansion and revenue goals.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT solutions and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
- Customize sales presentations and proposals to address the unique needs of each client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our competitors' offerings.
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of IT industry exposure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand complex IT solutions and articulate their benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
