Business Development and Operations Manager - Cricket Portal
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented professional to join our sports team as a Business Development, Sales, and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and persuasive skills, a proven track record in sales and operations, and a passion for cricket.
Location : District Sports Club, BKC.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales (60-70%)
- Identify new clients and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure closures and sustained partnerships.
- Ensure closures to existing deals to maximize revenue potential.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and manage comprehensive sales reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Operations Management (30%)
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of team activities and projects.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operations through MIS (Management Information System).
Team and Stakeholder Management
- Manage and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (management, marketing, HR) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
- Maintain clear communication and alignment with all parties to achieve organizational goals.
Revenue and Reporting Management
- Monitor revenue streams, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports for business development, sales, and operations.
- Identify areas for improvement in revenue generation and operational processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 5-7 years in business development, sales, and operations, preferably in the sports or related industries.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities.
Affinity for Sports: Exposure to and affinity for cricket is a significant advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and create detailed MIS reports.
Leadership: Experience managing teams and fostering positive team dynamics.
Multi-tasking: Proven ability to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
