Urgent opening for Business Development Manager for one of the Reputed company.

Work Location: Bangalore

ABOUT THE POSITION

- Our service is an online maths teaching tool for years K-6 that supports and enhances existing math curriculam.

- Our technology platform is accessible via web browser, iPad app, and Android app with one account login across all devices.

- We provide students with the opportunity to explore hands on rich virtual environments by creating practical scenarios and giving students a chance to manipulate familiar objects such as rulers, compasses, fruits and vegetables, weights, jugs and more.

- We engage students in a way that bridges abstract maths concepts in the classroom with daily events they experience in the real world.

- We are looking for an engaging, enthusiastic, energetic - go getter-, passionate and experienced sales representative to help us roll out our product nationally.

Job Description :

- The candidate must have a sound understanding of the primary education environment.

- Knowledge of School echo system

- The candidate must be willing to travel to schools regularly to represent our Service.

- Present our service at conferences/schools/teach meets

- Individual player & enthusiasm to build sales team.

- Successful history of selling to the primary education market

- Strong Sales background with a results history

- Building educational sales strategies

- Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy

- Sending marketing emails to customers via the CRM

- Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors

- Day to day management of CRM and ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI's

- Good Trainer

Work Location: Bangalore

Required :

Experience of 6-8 yrs in Business Development - Education Industry only

Preferably candidate having good Selling Experience in Education Software Products

Candidates Should have Good contacts in the Industry

Having Good Communication Skills

Role :

1.Responsible for identifying prospective clients by Market Research and cold calls.

2.Accountable for achieving Targets.

3.Should have good understanding of Schools in Selling Education Based Software Products

4.Good English Communication (Verbal)

5.An advantage would be already selling software or other products into elementary schools where you have an established relationship with the schools.

6.Candidates must have a sound understanding of the primary education environment in India.

The right candidate will have the ability to successfully:-

Create leads through sales efforts, conferences; teach meets, and social media efforts. Present at conferences/schools/teachers meeting Train and support teachers on the resource either in person, via telephone or via Webinar.

Applicants should have:

Very strong Sales background with a results history.

A working with Children check.

A passion for maths and education in general. Active participation in regular out of school

teaching/training/workshop/teach meet type events.

Candidates must be willing to travel to conferences and schools regularly to represent Matific.
