Manager - Business Development - Online Gaming (3-8 yrs)
Designation : Manager - Business Development (Online Gaming)
In line with our continuous expansion, we are actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager - (Online Gaming) to monetize our HTML5 gaming portfolio. The candidate needs to Identify, engage and establish business relationships with potential publishers and onboard them, using a revenue-sharing model.
Role Responsibilities :
- The role involves identifying and engaging potential publishers like large content companies and OEMs( Web & Mobile Apps) using a variety of online and offline channels & partnering with them to adopt our HTML5 games for integration across their networks.
- Candidates should have at least three years of experience in lead generation, contract closure, account management, etc.
- Knowledge of licensing agreements, revenue sharing deals, etc.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership activities, progress and performance against established targets.
- Monitor and manage partner relationships, addressing any issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Exposure to technology and experience across LinkedIn and MS Office is super essential.
- Experience in the gaming and content space is mandatory.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Alliance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the gaming or digital sales industry.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of successfully closing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
