Job Description :
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online food delivery market, experience in sales and business development, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their online presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Acquisition :
- Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant and franchise industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow our market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Present and promote our 5-Step Ecosystem to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our services such as onboarding efficiency, support and liaison, performance enhancement, and reporting.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with our business goals.
3. Market Research & Analysis :
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine service offerings based on client needs and market demands.
4. Client Onboarding & Support :
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new clients.
- Ensure all client documentation is collected and verified for a quick go-live process.
- Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase to address any client concerns.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
- Collaborate with the performance enhancement team to analyze client performance data and suggest improvements.
- Ensure that clients receive detailed weekly and monthly reports on their business performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them optimize their online ordering systems.
6. Relationship Management :
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Encourage clients to leverage additional services offered by us to maximize their business potential.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the food tech or online delivery industry.
- Strong understanding of the online food delivery market and cloud kitchens.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
