Manager - Business Development - NGO (2-5 yrs)
Role :
- Responsible for creating a market for outdoor program and managing sales for all revenue programs and events
Specific Responsibilities :
- To meet prospective clients and effectively assess their need for programmes or other engagements.
- To generate revenue from prospective clients by planning programmes.
- To make and deliver presentations to create awareness.
- To monitor changes in the market in terms of demand and supply.
- To continue to assess competitors and their offerings.
- To monitor and manage all external communication, including marketing material and other documents.
- To co-ordinate with the programme team to create curriculums, trainings, offerings to suit client requirements.
- To design activities as per client needs.
- To design pitches/presentations for different client groups
- To maintain appropriate level of engagement with all existing clients.
- To be responsible for all client communication.
- To co-ordinate with Internal Stakeholders to ensure that all events and programmes are delivered inline with their expectations.
- To co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for other engagements like volunteering, ngo programmes, impact days, events etc.
- To co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure bookings, payments and other formalities are completed on time
- To establish systems, reports, processes for Revenue Department
