Manager - Business Development - Mutual Funds (5-10 yrs)
The role involves:
This person will play critical role in business development in Northern Region of the country:
- Building a sub-broker network, and helping them in business development in their own areas. Onboarding sub-brokers, including training them.
- Institutional sales - conducting presentations at large corporates and other institutions for bulk sign-up of customers.
- Tie-up with third party platforms for selling mutual funds.
- Singing up High Net-worth (HNI) clients, and maintaining relationships.
About the Candidate
- 5 to 10 years of experience in mutual funds industry; passionately believes in its future.
- Believes in ethical selling of products as per needs of customers
- Thorough understanding of various mutual funds products and their suitability to different investment needs
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and spoken
- Ability to use various information and technology tools, to conduct business efficiently
- Positive attitude; team player
- Proactive approach and ownership are important for success in start-up environment
