Manager - Business Development - Motor Insurance (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Visit all the probable areas to attract customers (Motor Insurance)
- Lead the franchise partners to enhance sales and give support to their team
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Set in SOP for the franchise partners and monitor the progress for efficiency
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements :
- Should have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Should have strong track record of success within prior experience in any insurance/Telecom/Automobile industry
- Should be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Should have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
