Manager - Business Development - Mobile (5-10 yrs)
1)Target management:
Sellin & Sell out-
- According to the company's target, make it your own target, plan to the monthly target and quarterly target, and achieve the target as planned.
Payment - Set and align team on payment control part as company policy,Educate dealer and follow dealer company payment day policies
2) Team management:
Team structure - to build & handle group MD FOS, MD MIS, MD finance,
Team duty - Align team on company standard team duty
Team handing- Groom the team on knowledge and working skill, Align team on company KPI part
3) Stock managment :
Market stock - Drive market stock as per 25 days ITO, Stock on WOD category, VBA and non VBA
MD ware stock - to maintain 3 days MD ware house stock on based
4)Retailer service :
Scheme communication, scheme settlement, credit note explanation,to supply stock, drive them for sellout, explain vivo profitability, explanation incentive amount
5)Market operation :
MOP & Infiltration management- identify the retailer who not follow MOP, educate them and action on same.
Infiltration stock to purchase send by to company as per policy. Control both part and ensure it get resolve
Finance - Coperation finance company team for better business improvement
6)Branding :
Ensure the bradning visibilty, branding material in own cluster & Help sales team to get good branding allocation
7)New product launch :
Follow new product launch process and ensure sellouts happen fast
8)Work report & Analysis report :
report to superiors regularly every week and every month. Please find out the reason as soon as possible.
There is enough time to improve our work at the beginning of the month.
Age: Age requirment below 35
MBA marketing candidates are preferred
Ability Requirement:
1. Have excellent ability of data summary and analysis, and can express work with PPT
2. Have good planning and summarizing ability, and can recognize the development trend of the industry
3. Good understanding and learning ability;
4. Have team management experience, at least 5 people and more than 1 years of management experience
5. At least 1 year management experience of distributors & distributions
6. Have working experience in mobile phones, electronic products, operators and other related industries, and understand the needs of distributors and dealers
