Job Designation: Business Development Manager
Salary : Upto 8 lacs per anum plus variables
Job Role :
- We need someone who can generate new business from corp for Films(tvcs/avs/product videos) and events, new leads on corporates and advertising agencies.
- Create new business opportunities/Relationship building with clients and business strategy on brands across categories also arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Supporting directors and business head on various leads and pitches.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives/ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.
Requirements in the right candidate:
Looking for someone who has experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role/ Proven sales track record and market knowledge and also someone who can understand how to create process.
