The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
- Identify and target potential clients in need of advertising and digital marketing services. o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to secure new clients.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by generating leads and converting them into long-term clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and account management teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client needs and market trends.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 4 years experience within a Sales Operations /Business development role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
- You have working knowledge of lead generation, target audience and advertising
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
