With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the Business Development Manager and also serve as the Branch Head.

As the Business Development Manager and Branch Head at, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing branch operations, and leading a high-performing team. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the corporate events, conferences, digital marketing, cloud space, and digital solutions markets.


Key Responsibilities :


Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within the corporate events, conferences, digital marketing, cloud space, and digital solutions sectors. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


Branch Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Lead and inspire a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for business expansion. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.


Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.


Preferred Candidate -


- Have managed Top IT giants in the past.


- Know how about events and conferences.


- Main face to client business.


Experience - 7+ Years.


This ia a Branch Head role, where the candidate has to fulfill the monthly branch Targets and Manage regional campaigns.
