Location: Okhla Phase-2, South Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Friday (WFO)
Job Description :
Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. This is a strategic position that requires a combination of business acumen, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
2. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
4. Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to prospective clients, showcasing our agency's capabilities and value proposition.
5. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with client requirements.
6. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the agency.
7. Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs and providing strategic recommendations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction during the onboarding process.
10. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience Required 4-6 years.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the creative or digital marketing industry.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, creative services, and emerging technologies.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Prior experience in a business development role within a digital-first creative agency is a plus
- Digital Agency background/experience is mandatory.
