Manager - Business Development - Marketing Services (2-6 yrs)
- Roles and Responsibility for Business development Executive
- The role is more focused in carrying the vision of the organization and fulfils the customer needs through value based and consultative selling concept. This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone, email and direct meetings who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
The main objectives of Business Development Executive are :
1. Cold calls, Identify new clients
2. Research, target and open new client opportunities
3. Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
4. Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
5. Work on solution selling
6. Build strong customer reputation and rapport to fulfil the customer needs and at the same time showcase quality of work to the customer
Job Deliverables :
1. Provide daily reports on the customer visits and requirements
2. Provide quality leads to the team through established contacts
3. Generate the funnel
4. Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly projection to the team-format would be provided by us
5. Ensure the closure of the case till the customer releases the payment for the PO
6. Ensure end to end coordination with the customer until the support department takes over.
7. Ensure the installation sign off is acquired from the customer such that the sales team knows when to go back to the customer for future requirements
Measurement of Performance :
1. Solution selling
2. Order closing as a percentage of the given target to the achieved target
3. Quality leads brought in
4. Projection commitments
