About the Role
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business goals.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our digital products or services.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and our products/services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
4. Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their digital marketing goals.
5. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
6. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our digital solutions.
7. Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
8. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track your sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools.
9. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals.
10. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and results to management.
11. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as needed.
12. Sales Training: Assist in training new sales team members and sharing best practices.
What You will Do :
Sales Prospecting & Nurturing :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base across our different industries.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Team Management & Training- :
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them.
Client Satisfaction & Feedback :
- Collaborate with team managers to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from partners, customers and prospects and share it with internal teams.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
Years of Experience
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in service-based B2B business development/partnership management.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts tools & trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
- Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
