Manager - Business Development & Marketing - PDW & FMCD (7-12 yrs)
Role: Responsible for driving profitable volume growth, market share, and consumer preference including business development/sourcing for FMCD products and PDW/beverages

Job Description:
Marketing :
- Business planning for brands(for personal purifiers, tap purifiers and PDW, FMCD cleaning products and home cleaning chemical range and cleaning equipment for homes)
- Identify, source and analyse relevant information on industry, market and consumers to identify opportunities for the brand
- Coordinate with distribution, production planning, manufacturing, and finance to ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets for the brand
- To ensure conceptualisation and development of marketing plans for the brand (for personal purifiers, tap purifiers PDW, FMCD cleaning products and home cleaning chemical range and cleaning equipment for homes) in line with the business plan:
- Set brand destination goals (volume, share, profits and consumer), develop and define strategies (based on consumer attitudinal and behavioural learnings, market information, competitive analysis, budget availability, corporate goals) and programmes to achieve them and ensure effective implementation of the plan in the market place
- Set out programme priorities and plan brand spends accordingly to achieve volume, share, and behaviour and image goals.
- To keep continuous track of the performance of the brand (for personal purifiers, tap purifiers, PDW, FMCD cleaning products and home cleaning chemical range and cleaning equipment for homes ) against stated goals and initiate corrective action if & when required:
- Evaluate the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of programmes done on the brand on a regular basis
- To support/develop Trade Marketing plans in close coordination with the National Business Head and Regional Managers. This will include specific Channel Activation plans to drive awareness and trial of the brand
- To create Marketing collaterals, kits for dealer meets, digital campaigns for lead generation
Business Development :
- Identifying new products for the division in the space of corporate gifting/institutional sales and pdw/beverages.
- Sourcing new products and/or services for the division.
- Tie up with existing manufacturer of products and services for new product introduction
- Negotiate with vendors/suppliers for new products
- Researching organizations and sources online (especially on social media) to identify new products and potential new markets
- Contacting potential vendors via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings/source new products
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to analyze trends, competition and new market development needs
Functional Area : Brand Management/business development added to 2 - 3 years in Sales Management is preferable
