Position: Business Development Executive
Qualification: MBA, PG, Computer Engineering graduate, BCom, BBM equivalent
Location: Kumaraswamy layout, Bangalore
Experience: 3 t o 4 Years
Job Description
1. Good communication and working with international clients.
2. Supporting development of marketing programs from strategy to execution.
3. Implement and manage CRM, lead nurturing, client relationship
4. Working with team of SEO optimisation, content developers and graphics designers..
5. Work closely with the top management to determine pricing strategies
6. Develop and manage marketing budget to meet marketing objectives and measure results of the marketing program.
7. Manage all promotional activities including online marketing for brand including internal communications, lead generation, branding, content creation and relationships with partners etc.
8. Ability to develop engaging telecom software product presentations, and have deeper technical understanding of SAAS platforms and use cases.
9. Capable to answer majority of technical queries from customers or liaise with technical team to generate responses.
10. Running POC (Proof of concept) with international customers and ensuring customer objectives are met during POC.
11. Producing quality marketing content for online websites and video adverts for social media
12. Develop competitive intelligence on Key competitors and their leading products
13. Monitor and analyze key market indicators and trends by participating in forums for the company to help formulate specific strategies (incl. monthly, quarterly reporting of metrics to various Lines of Business)
Skills and Competency :
- Strong business acumen and technical and marketing mindset.
- Excellent knowledge on various marketing strategies including online marketing.
- Ability to develop marketing messages, marketing content, brochures and white paper.
- Ability to conduct marketing research and analyze reports/data, initiate appropriate actions required to strengthen company s brand image an][ positioning in the market.
- Build good relationships with external and internal customers/stake holders.
- Strong experience in understanding customer needs and key growth drivers.
- Excellent presentation skills, creative ideas and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work in diverse teams and to collaborate so as to market best ideas /solutions in the interest of the company.
- Creative Mindset with the ability to build a brand name
- Understand market dynamics and competitive environment.
- Able to use market analytics /data effectively to understand customer needs, new markets, channels etc.
