Manager - Business Development - Marketing - Advertising Firm (5-7 yrs)
Duties and Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a sales activity plan designed to meet the revenue objectives of the business
- Identify strategic accounts that will be maintained and managed
- Documented pipeline growth strategy aligned to identified strategic clients that meets the revenue objectives of the business.
- Meet monthly & quarterly sales targets through the execution of a documented sales plan
- Identify risks to the pipeline and escalate recommended solutions to management
- Keep CRM database up to date with key contacts and activities.
- Grow the database through the addition of key executive contacts within target accounts and opportunity details
- Create and update strategic account follow up plans for all accounts and provide weekly status reporting.
- Maintain a territory activity plan designed to build pipeline that will meet the revenue objectives of the business.
- 5+ years marketing and advertising experience and comprehensive understanding of new developments in digital marketing, advertising and technology
- Previous experience in senior management team and demonstrated leadership skills
- Broad commercial and sales experience
- Experience in aligning multiple product and service strategies against a unified corporate strategy
- Broad marketing and advertising contacts and relationships within the Digital Marketing/CRM
- Ability to develop, manage and lead large initiatives and multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in managing a P&L to deliver sustainable, profit growth across products and services.
- Experience in driving efficiencies across business and resources
- Excellent communication skills with US accent
- Actively engaged in the market, identifying market trends and proactively adapting products and service strategies to capitalize on market needs
- Creating and implementing organization-wide and product centric strategies to promote business growth
- Define needs of market segments to inform the development and evolution of product and service offerings
- Create tailored positioning for product and service offering to deliver to market segments and sectors.
- Time management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with a positive work ethic. Ambitious and committed to achieving success
