Business Development and Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Business Development
- New business development, lead generation through different channels such as website, digital marketing, event participation, online advertising, newsletter, PR, references and networking
- Pitching for new business assignments/ projects, new account acquisition.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Understand business objectives to discover prospective customers.
- Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
- Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
- Developing quotations and proposals
- Preparation of business proposals agreement, documentation.
- Assisting directors in marketing activities.
- Product and Brand Management
- Online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Coordinating with other divisional heads to implement corporate goals.
- Network and Partnership Management
- Developing strategic business associations
- Developing strong working relationships with partners, associates and clients.
- Managing client expectations.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Advertising and Promotion Activities Management
- Identify marketing opportunities and develop conversion strategies.
- Strategizing and executing promotional campaigns for marketing activities
- Managing the production of marketing collaterals such as websites, collaterals, presentations, leaflets, flyers, posters, and e-newsletter.
- Servicing clients and overseeing day-to-day operations of the various projects / campaigns of the client
- Briefing production departments such as Creative, Operations, and Technology and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the clients brief
- Weekly Schedule / Report updation / Hubspot CRM Updates / All Proposals to be finalized and uploaded on the drive
Required Qualification and experience :
- Experience : 2 - 4 yrs
- Educational Qualification : MBA (Marketing ) - Full Time / Part Time
