Manager - Business Development - Manufacturing Firm (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing clients.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
- Timely recovery and monitoring debtor days
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Recruiting the team &Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualification - Post Graduate/ MBA(Mktg.)
Relevant Experience - 5 to 8 years preferably from relevant industry
Skills - Excellent communication/ speech capability, High interaction
Personal Characteristics & Behaviors - Self Starter, Analytical
