Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the plastic, automotive, HVAC, and electrical components sectors. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth in these key industries.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the plastic, automotive, HVAC, and electrical sectors.

2. Business Opportunities : Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

3. Sales Strategy : Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients.

4. Client Management : Manage and nurture existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

5. Product Knowledge : Gain deep knowledge of Maini Plastic & Composite's products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.

6. Partnerships & Networking : Build and maintain a network of industry contacts. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's market presence.

7. Sales Reporting : Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

8. Contract Negotiation : Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.

9. Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

Requirements :

1. Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development within the plastic, automobile, HVAC, and electrical components industries.

2. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the plastic, automotive, HVAC, and electrical components markets and their dynamics.

3. Sales Skills : Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Experience in managing client relationships and closing high-value deals.

4. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

5. Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Negotiation Skills : Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

7. Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate with various departments to deliver client solutions.

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
