Manager - Business Development - Manufacturing Firm (3-6 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities
- Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them, and converting them to consistent key accounts, especially large manufacturing clients
- Devise sales strategy for getting relevant B2B customers
- Strategize entry across business segments and enabling technology led recruitment via our marketplace.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Using Analytics and Market intelligence to enhance our value proposition for each customer & work towards ensuring increase in potential 'Share of business' across accounts
- Uncover areas in our target customer domain where we can add more value through our product offerings.
- Plan, execute and monitor sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Cross-functional & key stakeholder management to drive multiple initiatives across the BUs
- Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations & results through a rigorous data driven process
- Create database of clients to target per geography with relevant stakeholder mapping
Required Qualification and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account management, Consultative Sales, B2B Sales
- Excellent in communication & people management skills. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
