Manager - Business Development - Logistics/Courier (2-4 yrs)
A network of technologically integrated fulfillment centers & shipping partners to achieve Next Day Delivery in India for ecommerce brands. is looking for Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities :
1. Drive the customer acquisition strategy through consultative selling and a striking new
relationship with the CXOs/MDs and also through nurturing existing customer relationships.
2. Exponentially grow the top line of the business and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ Cost of servicing and overheads.
3. Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level.
4. Developing performance metrics, incentive structure, and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the BD / KAM team.
5. Work meticulously with the Solution Design team to customize client requirements and optimize deliverables.
6. Hire, train & retain a team that is customer-centric and has a consultative selling approach.
7. Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service-level agreement that will increase the company's - share of wallet in the warehousing and logistics industry.
Skill Sets :
1. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
2. Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce desired; Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or Logistic would be an advantage; Prior experience influencing C-level executives is highly desirable
Requirements :
1. Proven working experience of 2-5 years in sales/business development i.e B2B
2. Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with customer interaction
3. Good communication
