Manager - Business Development - Logistics (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities of BDM - Growth are as follows:
1. Cultivates and nurtures current customer relationship with the objective of building and maintaining business and increasing wallet share
2. Drive the entire sales cycle for all existing clients.
3. Develop and handle a sales book of Rs 10 Cr/yr in his / her cluster through farming current customers
4. Support the CSM in conducting fortnightly/ monthly performance reviews with clients and understand business potential, growth opportunities, and client business trajectory.
5. Work towards managing an optimum level of product mix (Prime, Green and Zoom)
6. Resolve any query and improve customer experience.
7. Maintain healthy business outcomes.
8. Collections & Overdue.
9. Contract Strengthening.
