Manager - Business Development - Logistics (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
We're a technology startup, solving supply-chain challenges in the F&B industry. Looking for Business Development Managers to interact with large scale food businesses, pitch our Fulfillment Services to prospective clients & onboard them as our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Discover new leads. Generate mechanisms for better lead quality mining from different channels
- Hold strong relationships will all leads (existing + new) till they become customers
- Identify customer's requirements and pain points to effectively communicate our available solutions to them.
- Prepare quotations and close agreements to meet targets
- Provide regular reports on lead- channels, quality and performance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 year(s) of enterprise sales experience in logistics industry.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
- Great convincing and relationship management skills
- Understanding of warehousing, logistics and supply chain in food services is a must.
- Ability to work within deadlines to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
- Know how of CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus.
