Business Development Manager
Experience - 2 - 5 Years. Qualification: Graduate /MBA
OBJECTIVE: - Responsible for developing alliances in the market and increasing revenue through enhanced B2B sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contacting Real Estate Clients: Builders & Developers for their funding requirements. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals.
- Constantly seek out new sources of leads e.g. client referrals
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: -
Be a self-starter, with a hunger to succeed, a passion for selling.Should be able a smart result oriented worker.
Should be able to identify new business opportunities.
Manage pipelines with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.A strong hold in B2B cold calling (financial services industry sales experience a plus), articulate, inspiring, confident over the phone and most of all resilient experienced at identifying and winning new business over the phone.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to optimally utilise all channels of communications.
