Designation : Business Development Manager
Reporting to : Branch Manager
Location :-Surat & Bengaluru
Function : Sales
Team Size : 6 to 8
KEY PURPOSE
- To develop a team of Relationship Managers so as to deliver Sales & Distribution Key Performance Indicators and volume targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms.
- Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation.
- Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of ARLI products into specified target segments.
- Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system.
- Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems.
- Assist the Trainer to ensure certification within prescribed Service Level Agreements.

PROFILE :
- Graduate with 5 - 8 years of experience in INSURANCE SALES Through any vertical (Direct channel would be an added advantage) with Goal Sheet more than 50 L can also apply.
- Should have command over Local language.
- Experience in Team Handling for Life Insurance sales
